We have officially launched All Night Long for 2026 – and we couldn’t be more excited.
Following the incredible success of last year’s event, we’re proud to once again partner with Children’s Hospital Foundation to make this years’ experience bigger, brighter, and more impactful.
All Night Long is an overnight charity walking event in Brisbane that supports Queensland’s sickest kids and their families.
Participants can take on either a 21km or 41km walking marathon, with pit stops along the way, while experiencing Brisbane like never before.
Every step helps raise vital funds for Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland and Children’s Hospital Foundation.

All Night Long is a truly collaborative effort, with funds raised supporting both Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland and Children’s Hospital Foundation.
While each organisation plays a unique role, we are united by a shared goal – to support children and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
For us, that means providing a place for families to stay at the heart of their child’s care where they’re needed most. Through our partnership with Children’s Hospital Foundation, we’re able to contribute to a broader ecosystem of care that supports families across their entire hospital journey.
Together, we’re creating something far greater than a single event. We’re building a movement of support that ensures families are never alone.
Last year’s All Night Long event was nothing short of inspiring, raising an incredible $1.2 million. Participants walked through the night in solidarity with families navigating childhood illness and uncertainty.
The impact extended far beyond fundraising. The event built awareness, connection, and understanding – giving supporters a deeper insight into the realities families face, while helping ensure services like ours and Children’s Hospital Foundation can continue to make a difference.
In 2026, we’re building on that momentum – expanding participation, strengthening partnerships, and creating an even more meaningful experience for everyone involved.
This year’s launch at the Queensland Children’s Hospital was designed with our healthcare community in mind – the people who witness firsthand the challenges families face every single day.
Hospital staff and families were welcomed with toasties, coffee, and exclusive branded scrub caps, creating a moment of connection and shared purpose. The response was incredibly positive. From nurses and doctors to allied health professionals and support staff, there’s a clear passion to step beyond the bedside and make an even greater impact.
